TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Payment:

- A 75% deposit is required for custom order items, with the balance due upon arrival to our warehouse. Only once we have received the balance due in cleared funds will our logistics company be able to confirm your actual delivery date.

- Should the customer wish to cancel their order Nina's House will retain the 75% deposit paid upon placement of the order.

- Should the customer wish to amend their order we will seek to satisfy amendments where possible though additional charges may need to be applied.




Refunds:

- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that prior to placing their order that the specifications are correct.

- Should the customer be dissatisfied with the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange due to the bespoke nature of our products.

- If the customer is not wholly satisfied with the quality of their purchased products Nina's House retains the right to establish and rectify any problems, this does not affect the customer's statutory rights if the furniture is not of merchantable quality.


Deliveries:

- Delivery forecasts are approximate and Nina's House cannot be held liable for any consequential loss or compensation claims associated with late deliveries.

- When your purchase is in stock in our UK warehouse, our logistics company will contact you to arrange delivery within 48hrs (exc. weekends)

- It is the customer?s responsibility to ensure that it is practical to complete the delivery and if necessary bear any costs for redelivery and/or removal of any doors, banisters, windows etc. to accommodate the furniture.

- Any shortage of, or damaged merchandise must be notified to the store within 48 hours of receipt of any merchandise supplied.

- Items for collection from the showroom must be collected within 7 days of notification. Payment for the item is required 7 days prior to the collection-taking place.

- If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you further for any subsequent deliveries. Our logistics company may make a charge for storing the furniture beyond this point, which is payable in advance. They will advise you of this charge at the relevant time.



Shop floor sales:

We do not offer refunds on purchases, though if the customer wishes to return an item within 28 days of purchase and it is returned in the condition of sale we can offer a store credit note. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned for a credit note.
